Meet us at Thames Pool in Thames Park at 4pm on Sunday, March 26 (rain or shine)! This will be an opportunity for us to share the status of Thames Pool with you.
The City of London is reviewing Thames Pool.
Based on the feedback from community members, we are recommending the following to ensure that current residents will hopefully have the pool backup and running in summer 2024, while undergoing a thorough community engagement and feasibility assessment for future opportunities for the community.
Quick summary:
1. Report that outlines how to open Thames Pool for summer 2024
2. Conduct thorough community engagement in 2023
3. Compile a thorough report that outlines the future options
4. Offer a second community input opportunity
5. Provide a report to Council to understand in detail why the pool failed most recently.
